Question / Help Decent PC and Good INTERNET (Obs settings?)

Hey, i got trouble finding the right settings for OBS.

my internet is: 100/100,

I got around 100 in upload, which bitrate/buffer should i use then?

SPECS:

GPU: Geforce GTX 770
CPU: i5-2500 3,30ghz

What settings do you guys recommend for me? i tried using 3500 bit and buffer, but the stream buffers for some people.

Also, how much fps should i use?
