Can't capture on game capture, crashes on display capture after while, anyone else? Any work arounds?

I just recorded and hat major issues with OBS 29 too.
I'm using a capture card and not game capture, but after a while OBS takes a lot of GPU power and then it freezes and finally crashes.
I switched back to 28.1.2 and it seems more stable.
will stay with 28.1.2 for now
