So this just started happening to me today, and im not sure if its something in the settings that im doing wrong. But I use OBS to record my youtube videos... well, at least the PC games. and i wanted to make sure everything looked fine in OBS before actually recording, but when i click preview stream, after about 5 seconds or so, it would go up to the max bitrate i have it at, and then the game , in this case it is Dead Space, would stop responding.
