Then under the FAQ "The quality on my stream or recording is bad! How can I fix it?",
the answer there ends with a link: "local recording guide",
and If you click that link, you will get:
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
The requested resource could not be found."
If you can forward this to the person responsible to the website, it will be great.
