Question / Help DDos broke my obs? :OO

Hey guys i need alittle help

I was playing and streaming Counter Strike when i suddenly got dissconnected from my internet...
i got right back in and i was lagging between that.....

but when i restarted the stream it diden't upload
only said 0kb/s
i don't know what to do?
anyone have a solution?
