Question / Help Dazzle not detected under "Video Capture Devices"

I have my dazzle plugged into my computer, however it is not showing up under the "Video Capture Device" when I try to add it onto a scene.

Refreshing does not help and neither does restarting my computer after plugging in my dazzle. Could anyone help?
