Date Time Plugin

Hello!

I really miss the Date Time Plugin from the OBS Classic Plugins. I find it useful to show the current date and time to the viewers so they know my local time and I also find it good when I create highlights so one can see exactly when I recorded the video.

Like the classic plugin, it would be great if one could use the .NET time/date format in order to set the format as the user desire.
