how do I fix my dark video problem

The info Narc gave you is solid & should have cleared up your issue. I suspect that there are setting(s) somewhere upstream of OBS that are still causing your color quantization problems.

Is there any way to fix it

Take a look at your Windows Color settings. Is it 8-bit? Is HDR enabled or disabled?

Nvidia Control Panel > Video > Adjust video color settings?

BTW, to get the bit-depth info, drill into the Advanced Display Properties.
