Bug Report Dark theme in 23.2 RC reduces font size in Scene panel

Just installed 23.2 RC1.

When using the Dark theme, the size of the font in the Scene pane is reduced compared to the other panes, or to the same pane in the System theme.

Yea I noticed that too. I'm also getting the same lag issue of it stuttering when it loads up.
