Daala video compression support

i now this might be awhile off before you can even really think seriously about adding support for it but have you heard of the new video codec Daala Daala video compression https://xiph.org/daala/

Adding new codecs is unnecessary, since target is RTMP server which, for the most part, is used to stream to Flash based players which do not support much codecs. Maybe it would make sense for local recording, but in that case a general plugin framework would make more sense.

RTMP output as well as flash and MP4 only supports a very limited number of codecs. Regardless, I will add in support for people to be able to use custom outputs through plugins in the future.
