Error: Could not create D3D10 device and swap chain. This error can happen for one of the following reasons:

1.) You're using an old or unsupported GPU (some laptop GPUs can also have this issue)
2.) You're running windows vista without the "Platform Update"
3.) I screwed something up somewhere

Your GPU does not support the required features for OBS.

If you have a mixed GPU laptop you have to force it to render on the nvidia/amd.

If you only have that intel integrated graphics chip on your laptop, then it's an older/poorer model of intel currently not supported by the app due to not having certain directx features the app requires. Might be able to make them work in the future, but for now they're unsupported.
