Question / Help Cutting delay to a minimum

Hi, i'm ArchangelPT and i'm a League of Legends coach residing in Portugal. I recently acquired a new PC and i'm trying to stream my lessons to my students, but even though i'm getting decent quality the delay is a pretty big issue. I already set it to 0 with OBS but from my voice in teamspeak to the actual image being presented to them there's a pretty big delay.

I suspect it might have to do with the twitch servers but can anyone supply me with any alternatives to remedy this situation?

Your stream will have an increased delay if you don't configure it to meet their broadcast requirements, so be sure to check your settings:

i think hitbox.tv is pretty decent next to twitch especially for european viewers
