Cut video and 99% skipped frames.

Hello
I've been recording a very important video. Full video has probably only a few frames, which is unable to watch. As well, the ending of the recording (around 15 minutes) hasn't been captured. As you can see in the logs, I've started recording on 9:56 and endend at 10:50, but the video has only 39 minutes. Is there any fix for the video file? Or atleast possible way to get the last 15 minutes of cut audio?

So there isn't any way to get this cut part of video? That was the most important and in the video file I see only audio channel that has same length as video (39 minutes)

Unfortunately, there is nothing to recover. It's lost. It was not written to the video file, because the video encoder was so overloaded it completely stopped working.
