Question / Help Cut to source screen capture with delay

When I have any source, for example, a camera source, in the program, when cutting to the "window capture" source it takes a few frames to appear. Does anyone know how to fix?
I use Windows 10. Thank you.

I hope it isn't too late for you... I had the same issue and i've found a fix for that.
In Studio mode, next to "transition" there's a gear to change the transition parameters,
you must deselect "duplicate sources".
