Bug Report Custom text extents & scrolling issue

Whenever the text length goes smaller then the extentWidth - it scrolls only for the text width distance, not reaching the extentWidth.
Infact, I couldn't make it scroll further then the text length at all which I think is not quite right.

Also, it would be awesome to add an option that will enable scrolling only if the text is wider then extentWidth.

This is a known issue and will be fixed
