Custom setting only allows 640 x 480 max Resolution with Logitech Brio Camera

I am using an iMac with VMware with Windows 10 and Logitech Brio 4k USB Camera. Even after changing manually to Custom Resolution it will only allow me a maximum resolution of 640 x 480.

Any suggestion would be sincerely appreciated.
