Question / Help Custom RTMP

I would want to know how custom the URL RTMP for stream on dailymotion and what ca also pass on the live page of the site Romstation

Dailymotion can be selected as a service in OBS, no need for Custom RTMP.
For Romstation I have no idea though, you will have to contact them I assume.
