How would you manually enter a custom 'Resolution Downscale' (16:9) within OBS instead of using what is provided on the drop down selection

What are you trying to downscale to?

You can always just set the resolution you want to stream at as your base resolution.

Thanks for the quick reply. It dawned on me after I had submitted my post and glancing at the pic I'd uploaded that I needed to set base resolution to what is comfortable for my upload speed and stretch the edges to fit the window. All is good now.

downscales are unfortunately a problematic thing to do due to filtering -- in the future I may try to figure out a way to get downscaling working for more resolutions, but right now the offered downscales are the best current downscales I have that are fully filtered.
