Custom resolution options for Elgato HD60s capture device gone after windows update

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has any ideas here. I capture my retro consoles through an elgato hd60s capture device and usually have the resolution for the elgato set to custom resolution 1440x1080. After I updated windows yesterday the custom resolution options for the elgato are gone leaving only 1920x1080. I completely reinstalled the device, elgato software and OBS studio with no luck. Does anyone know if this might be more of an elgato issue? Thanks for any ideas.
