Hello everyone, as indicated by the title I have a problem with setting a custom resolution from the drop-down menu in the device management (elgato 4K60 pro) in OBS.
The resolution shown in the drop-down menu varies and coincides with the one entering the acquisition card (e.g. if I connect a 720p source, the 1280x720 resolution appears in the menu, if I connect a 1080p source, the 1920x1080 resolution appears) (also alongside the resolution actually entering the card 1080p resolution is always displayed) but only that is shown, with no other resolution options, and if I set a custom resolution that is different from the one entering the card, the OBS preview does not show anything.
The card is updated to the latest firmware and driver available, as well as OBS.
For completeness I also add that the card is on a pci version 2.0 X4 slot managed by the mobo chipset and not directly connected to the cpu.
I wait for advice to know if this behavior is "appropriate" or not.
