Question / Help Custom Livestream

i'm trying to set the secondary server (rtmp://live-jfk.justin.tv/app) in the server textbox for custom livestream and when i attempt to start the stream it says could not connect to server. worked fine in my other stream apps

in the server box, type "live-jfk.justin.tv", in the channel box, type "app", and your stream key in the stream key box -- should work then. I need to add in an option to just type in URLs at some point
