Question / Help custom fps ?

I wana know if we can use custom fps (like 59.94 (ps2 ntsc games) , because there's allway a big sound desynch when streaming with games that use thoses setup . I don't know why but if i run a game at 50fps (ps2 game) and set the stream to 30 fps its absolutly perfect , but if the game run at 59.94 (stilll ps2) the sound will desynch (i did many try on obs (30 , 59 , 60).

desync should not be caused by the framerate what so ever, if you get desync it would likely be for another underlying reason. may I see a vod and log files of sync/desync?
