Question / Help Custom Encoder Settings for Quick Sync - Custom Buffer Size

I really can't seem to find out just how to set the custom buffer size manually in OBS Studio when using Quick Sync and not x264.

Here are the commands I have attempted so far without much success:

-bufsize=7000 -bufsize=7000k -bufsize 7000 -bufsize 7000k bufsize 7000 bufsize 7000k bufsize=7000k bufsize=7000 vbv-bufsize 7000 vbv-bufsize 7000k -vbv-bufsize=7000 -vbv-bufsize=7000k vbv -bufsize=7000 vbv-bufsize 7000 vbv-bufsize 7000k

What am I doing wrong and is there even a way to set the buffer size like in OBS classic?
