Custom downscale

I know that you can downscale to a set amount, but what i wanna see is a box next to the dropmenu, where you can set your own downscale number. So you can have values of 1.25 or 1.75 and so forth... if you get my point :)

Downscale doesn't really work that way, otherwise you could just write what output resolution you wanted.

More downscale options will be possible in the future though.

well, i know that those 2 downscale number work... well, i dont know the exact number, but from 1080p to 900p if you get what i mean :)
