I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I am a new streamer and I have been google searching for days and cannot seem to find anything on this.
I want to make a chat bot command that is similar to the quote add - but to have it be customizable in a specific way. I am a horror streamer who gets scared easily by a number of silly things, and I want my chat to be able to create a running list of this. So like, chat would type !scare and it would return "Ridiculous thing Fragee has been scared by #23: her own hair", and !scare add would allow folks to simply add whatever it was they saw scare me.
Does this exist anywhere? I thought I would be able to customize the quote command on stream elements but that is not the case. I am not familiar at all with other similar services, and I just cannot seem to find any answers by searching google.
