Question / Help Custom capture with Windows Capture?

Since game capture will not work and I can't get help to get it to work, is there any way to do a custom size windows capture for the game I'm playing? I don't want it to capture everything, like the top toolbars, sidebars, etc.
Partial capture only captures like half the screen.

Any way to customize this?
