Question / Help custom buffer option for NVENC/QuickSync missing?

im using a 2 pc streaming setup with nginx+rtmp

all guides say i should use 7000 custom buffer but where is it? i cant find it...

im using the latest obs studio / windows 10

BTW why the 'custom encode settings' option is located in the simple category?
maybe here i can use a command line for custom buffer?

quicksync use a similar menu, no option for custom buffer.
 
As far as I can tell, the FFmpeg implementation of NVENC (which is what OBS Studio uses) does not support a custom buffer size.
 
I'm following the same guide and am stuck with the same problem right now except i'm using QuickSync. Also no custom buffer size option there.
