Custom Browser Dock, how to give it permission?

If I add a Browser to a Scene, then I can give it permission to have 'Full access to OBS', thereby allowing Javascipt to be used to do various things.

However, if I add it as a Custom Browser Dock, I cannot set the permission anyplace... so the Dock is a bit limited.

How could I give the Browser Dock permission to have 'Full access'?
