Bug Report Cursor Capture not working in OBS 19.0.2

Recorded Windows Capture with Capture Cursor enabled, but the cursor does not appear at the preview window. OBS 18.0.1 had no problems with showing cursor.

Window capture was changed to only show the cursor if the window being captured is active.

Because it was a bug and unintentional behavior of window capture that was fixed.
