Question / Help Curse voice echo ONLY other people

When using curse to talk to others they all echo but only on the stream. I don't understand why I can only hear them once but the stream hears them twice. Where is the 2nd copy of the person I'm talking to coming from?
 
If I put on headphones the echo is gone but you can still hear the other person. That mean I was correct. OBS is picking up Curse Voice without me adding it. So when I play without headphones it plays twice over stream. I like that it works on auto if I have headphones but I don't use them much so please make a way to turn it off so there isn't an echo.
