Cubase LE 8.5 - no incoming audio to OBS

Hi,

Trying to use ReaStream with Cubase. I've added VST to the Stereo Out of my Cubase:

However, there is no sound coming to OBS:

I am using Steinberg UR22 interface with their ASIO drivers.
