Question / Help CSGO stream lagging

Hello guys , can i get help ?

Im streaming csgo and im getting some lags.

Its not big lags for viewers but its for me becase i cant play .

And i saw today at im getting high VAR every 5 seconds and my screen freezing like 0.3sec and its big problem for me when im playing

I tryed games like Euro Truck Simulator 2 and Pay day 2 and i dont got lags like this , what im going to do ? Please help i need it !

I tryed streaming at 6500 bits and 1500 bits at its not difreence its same like from 3.5 to 9 ..

I have black screen when im trying to using OBS on NVIDIA , my intigrerd is bad for streaming i think so , so what i can do to streaming without problems ?
