Question / Help CSGO stream lag settings

Hello everyone, can someone tell me some settings for OBS, i want to use them only for streaming CS:GO, just only CS:GO! I playing CS:GO in 144hz with my monitor and i can't find perfect settings without lag ..

This is my rig:
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 1400 OC 3.2GHz to 3.8GHz
GPU : MSI Gaming X RX570 4GB 256 bit
Motherboard: Asus Prime B450 Plus
RAM: 8 GB HyperX RGB 3200MHz
Monitor: BenQ XL2411Z - 144Hz
