Question / Help CSGO resolution question

So I play CSGO at 1600x900, and I set my stream output to 1280x720 with Lanczos filter. For best quality, should I keep base resolution in OBS at 1920x1080 or change it to 1600x900? I'm using game capture

Ideally you would match your base resolution to your source content, so in this case it would be 1600x900.
