CSGO OBS Not Working On Display or Window Capture

Hey everyone.

I've had the issue for past 3 months and it started suddenly in December.

Every time I try to use Display or Window Capture for my OBS, It just displays it black or just displays my windows menu.
Note: This isnt working in either SLOBS or OBS Studio and I updated them regularly

I do play 4:3 but I tried it in Native before I switched to 4:3 and it didnt work then either.

I'm really in a pickle because I really want to get back streaming and dont really want to buy a Capture Card for just CSGO as I really could do with the money.

Anyone had this issue and know a fix that Actually works?

Before someone says use Allow Thirdparty software or untrusted

I do kinda wanna stream Matchmaking without Cheaters...

Allow thirdparty software would work for things like Faceit but I want to play MM aswell with friends so It will screw me over.
