When i dont have OBS running and CSGO running, i dont experience the mouse lag. But with obs running, not recording, or streaming, i experience the mouse lag. recording does the same. Help please. here is the log.
i5 3570 No-K 3.4GHz, GTX 1060, 8GB Ram, running 1 monitor and 1 TV. I got windows upgrade. On windows 8.1 it was just fine no mouse lag problems, and on windows 10 it does. I tried disabing xbox DVR and game bar. still same thing.
