Question / Help CSGO Locks at 60 fps in game when OBS is streaming?

So when i open CSGO before starting my stream, my CSGO is perfectly fine no fps drops nothing. As soon as i start my stream up using OBS studios i tab back into game and my game drops automatically to 60 fps and locks there. I tried the vsync enable disable no difference. I tried the fps_max 0 in game, the disable power management on my pc and on my nvidia settings. I do not have any global profiles over riding to enable vsync again, and my launch options are set to where no vsync is turned on and vsync is turned off in game... Can someone help??

This happens when i run games in windowed mode. Try using fullscreen

I use fullscreen when i stream. windowed mode does the same thing however
