Question / Help csgo lags when steaming

so i have little lag when im playing csgo. stream works fine
ping about 30-40
fps 200-300
50download 5upload

pc
i7 6700k 4.4ghz
970 gaming
16ram

obs
3500/3500
1280 720 60fps
veryfast
main

any help ?

so i tryed 2000/2000 30fps and no more lags and ping about 20... so i just need better internet ? 5upload isnt enough ? if i upg upload to 10mbit im good to go ?

Pretty much this. some component between you and your ISP is having issues with dealing with your 3500bitrate and instead prioritizes it. This is leaving your game connection as a secondary.

ok thx! now i think im good 2500/2500 60fps 20ping and no lags at stream or ingame
