Question / Help CSGO lagging while streaming

I need help, new to the whole streaming scene and my OBS settings are probably not the best.
When i start streaming it gets superlaggy in game. In my net_graph my VAR goes waaay to high.
CPU usage is ok and i drop some fps but still well above 140.
Spec:
Intel core i7 4790k
Geforce GTX 970 4GB
12GB of RAM
