Question / Help CSGO Feels laggy while streaming

So, I've been trying to stream CSGO for a long time. It's hard to explain, but while I'm streaming, the game feels more choppy then when I'm not streaming. I have a 144hz monitor if that matters, but I'm still getting more than 300 fps while streaming. My specs are a GTX 970 and i7 4790K. Any other game I stream feels fine!! I really need help!!
