Bug Report CSGO can't be streamed

I have been looking at this issue for a while now, and only could find stuff not related to me. It only shows black screen when I'm trying to stream and I can now remember why I have been using different software to stream.
I had this issue about a year ago and now that I tried OBS again I still have it. I thought for a game like csgo I don't have to go change settings like fuul screen and shut down all background apps.
I know this is free, but so is Geforce Experience. If pubg gets a fix for my stutter on it I will instantly swap back. At least that is not eating away my fps.
Still I hope there will come a time csgo will get proper support like any other game.
 
Have you tried OBS studio? I recommended it to a friend that was having the same issue and his problem went away when he switched.
 
I'm using OBS studio 64-bit on a 64-bit os. I haven't yet tried the windowed method, cause it just tires me that I have to waste time on a work around, when another million games just work fine.

*EDIT*
The windowed option gets stuck at map loading screen.. Honestly, a waste of time.
