Question / Help CSGO AND INPUT LAG

16gb ram
gtx 970
asus maximum hero mobo
asus 144 hz monitor
single pc setup

CSGO network and frames are perfectly fine. Yet I get a really bad jitter
almost constantly or every now and then and very bad mouse input lag.
I've tried over a 1000 different settings on obs to no avail. Please help me guys.

first, that isn't a logfile with you actually streaming so no one can see your bitrate or fps so I'm going to make some assumptions


Lower webcam resolution to 720p max.

Stream downscaled to 1280x720 max.

set fps to 30

bitrate to 2500

don't watch your own stream in a browser


Lastly, there is something wrong with your voicemeter setup. try just going straight to your mic

Post a logfile with those settings and stream for at least 5 minutes. please keep all browsers closed unless you use a popout chat for twitch. the twitch dashboard can cause such issues as well
