Question / Help csgo 60fps stream

Yo guys i have a problem with obs classic. For example im streaming with 3k bitrate ot 60 fps league of legends, but when i decide to play csgo with 3k bitrate and 60fps the stream is lagging so hard (ingame 180-200fps). I change the fps from 60 to 30 and everything is ok..:/
