CSGO 200-500 FPS. Game begins to lag when opening OBS / Streamlabs OBS

For about 2 days ago, I could stream CSGO Smoothly, haven't changed anything in the settings. But suddenly today, it started lagging, just by opening OBS
Anyone who knows why and a fix?

Try opening console in CSGO and setting the max framerate to give your computer some breathing space.

I'd suggest

FPS_MAX 60

At first, and then try higher until you realise where the problem is.

Unfortunatly, that has nothing to do with the problem. I just tried. Also it only begins to lag when I open OBS.
