Question / Help CS:GO weapon stuttering

Hey,

I have the problem that when I stream the start, the weapons stuttering when I change weapons or reload.

The whole thing looks like here in the video from minute 1

Does anyone have an idea what it could be and can help me there?

Did it even further tested, but found no solution. The problem I have even when I play online. When I play against bots and streaming, I do not have the problem.
