Question / Help CS:GO Stuttering

Heya! When i stream csgo, the game stutters. No matter what fps i have, it still stutters.
Tried lowering the quality for the stream, but it still happens.

CPU : I7-3820
GPU: GTX 670
Motherboard: P9X79 PRO
RAM: 16GB 2100mhz

Using 40% of the CPU when streaming it :/

Are you dropping frames in game or is it just the stream that is stuttering for you?

Lower the resolution of your webcam to something reasonable.
And set the x264 cpu preset back to veryfast.
