Question / Help CS:GO streaming

Hi guys. I 'm not so good to know what my pc need to stream this game, in a kind of good quality.

anyways my pc got-
i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 cpus)
8 gb ram 1600 mhz
ATI radeon HD 5670

The estimator is pretty good, but I would not go over a total bitrate (audio + video) that exceeds 3500, as this is something the Twitch.tv servers cannot handle.
