Question / Help CS:GO Streaming Settings...

I know probably answered alot of times already ... but is my computer/internet good enough to stream?



My CPU : Intel i5-4670k (3.40 Ghz)
RAM: 8GB DDR3
GPU: AMD R9 290
BOARD: ASRock H87M Pro4
.. i mostly stream CS:GO and i play on 1024x768 (BlackBars) and graphic settings on low/medium with 4x AA

my settings atm :x www.twich.tv/aimboyree my stream if you wanna check out quality ... somehow i feel small fps drops / laags from time to time not huge but they are there ... sorry for bad englando.
