Recently i've tried to stream CS:GO and i found it annoying to play, stream looks okay, smooth and nice, but my screen is laggy and twitchy and its not that fps is low becouse i'm streaming at 35 fps and my game still runs at 100 fps.
Weapon model and movement seems to be lagging as if playing with low rate in game, i've been trying to change things but nothing seems to work. It also appeard on XSplit

My specs:
Intel Core i3-3220
AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
Windows 7 64bit

Streaming with:
3,5k bitrate same buffer
1280x720 Resolution
CPU preset superfast

Unfortunately an i3 is not going to be able to game and stream at the same time, just playing will likely max out the CPU.

I'm playing at ~250 fps without streamming, maybe caping game at 60 would lower cpu usage, what do you think, might work?

i somehow doubt that you are playing at ~250 fps tbh

but as already said an i3 cant stream and play a game which is running on an cpu based engine. end of story

but you might try quicksync since your cpu supports it
