GPU: GeForce GTX 950
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz
OBS Settings:
Max Bitrate: 3500
Resolution: 1920x1080 (Monitor is 1360x768)
Resolution Downscale: 2.00
FPS:60
Everything else is normal, except from some delay, auto-reconnect, and some audio settings to sync my video and voice.
The stream looks nice, but has severe lags from time to time. Moreover, my game suddenly lags unexpectedly ingame, but you cannot see it on stream. Is it because the stream is set to 60fps and CS:GO runs around 300 fps? It looks as if it were capping at some point like 60 fps. I was thinking about resetting all my OBS settings and trying again, or if you guys have any tips and fixes. Thanks.
